You would never know by looking at this picture that my kitchen floor flooded in my Shorewood home last week. Evidently, my washing machine decided to overflow after I went to bed that night, and I woke up to discover that my nice hardwood floors were now part of a small indoor lake. Yikes! They asked me some questions over the phone to determine what equipment and how many technicians to send out and arrived on site quickly. After they had removed the excess water from the floor, they set up air movers and blowers to remove the excess water and completely dry the area to discourage warping and mold growth. Fortunately, they were able to save my floors, and after the drying and dehumidifying were completed, they cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier.
